GENERAL POLICIES AND TERMS
FPT CLOUD CONNECT is an advanced enterprise solution that provides dedicated connectivity to application services in a simple, efficient, and secure manner, based on the most popular cloud providers in the market. The service is owned by FPT International Telecom Company Limited, a leading telecommunications company in Vietnam.
The website https://cloudconnect.vn is managed by FPT International Telecom Company Limited to help customers establish private connections between international cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI and enterprise data centers or offices, ensuring safer connectivity, guaranteed cloud bandwidth, and a more stable network experience than standard Internet connections.
The terms and conditions in these General Policies and Terms are legally binding between FPT International Telecom Company Limited (hereinafter “FPT”) and users of services provided at https://cloudconnect.vn (hereinafter “Customers”).
I. PRINCIPLES OF USE
1. Acceptance of terms
Customers may access and use services on https://cloudconnect.vn (hereinafter “FPT CLOUD CONNECT”) by any means (computer, phone, TV, or other Internet-connected devices). By accessing and using the service, Customers agree to the terms published on this website.
To ensure compliance with applicable laws, the terms of FPT CLOUD CONNECT may be adjusted or updated at any time. FPT will publicly disclose any amendments on the website or official communication channels.
2. Nature of displayed information
Content on https://cloudconnect.vn is provided to inform Customers about FPT products and services. Any other related information will cite its sources.
II. SERVICE INSTALLATION
- Step 1: Customers may contact via email/hotline on https://cloudconnect.vn to register for service information.
- Step 2: FTI will send contracts and implementation details to support Customers using FPT CLOUD CONNECT.
IV. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE POLICY
FPT will provide warranty and maintenance policies in customer contracts depending on needs and service models designed for each customer.
V. INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY
When using FPT CLOUD CONNECT, we may request certain personal identification information to contact or identify Customers (“Personal Information”). To ensure website safety and data security, FPT CLOUD CONNECT complies with the “Information Security Policy” and “Personal Data Protection Policy” on this website.
VI. COMPLAINT RECEIPT AND RESOLUTION PROCESS
1. FPT receives and resolves Customer complaints according to the documented process; support and processing apply only to accounts with complete, truthful, and accurate information.
Flow description: When a care/complaint need arises, the Customer Service team prepares a customer care plan and submits it to the Board of Directors for approval. If not approved, the plan is adjusted and resubmitted. If approved, the Customer Service team executes the plan and prepares a results report. The process ends when the customer has been served and a summary report is issued.

VII. PROHIBITED ACTIONS WHEN USING FPT CLOUD CONNECT
When using FPT CLOUD CONNECT, Customers must not:
- Exploit FPT CLOUD CONNECT to collect information from other customers.
- Advertise any products in any form, including unsolicited promotional messages or investment invitations.
- Directly or indirectly remove, modify, bypass, or disrupt copyrights, trademarks, ownership notices, or access controls on content.
- Copy, download, reproduce, store, distribute, upload, publish, modify, translate, broadcast, display, sell, or retransmit content without permission.
- Create derivative works or business models based on the content without FPT consent; this includes text, graphics, images, layout, UI, icons, audio/video materials, and still images.
- Impersonate organizations or individuals or disseminate false information on https://cloudconnect.vn.
- Use any tools or methods to interfere with the FPT CLOUD CONNECT system.
Customers are responsible before FPT and the law for any of the above actions.
VIII. CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. Customer rights:
- Request verification measures to resolve disputes related to information and services at https://cloudconnect.vn.
- Have customer information protected under the Information Security Policy published on this website.
2. Customer obligations:
- Comply with these General Policies and Terms and relevant laws.
- Be responsible for content stored, provided, or shared online and via links created by the Customer.

- Violations of copyright or related rights may lead to administrative or criminal penalties.
- Comply with prohibited actions and content exchange rules in these General Policies and Terms.
- Perform other rights and obligations as required by law.
IX. FPT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
1. FPT rights:
- Provide Customer information upon request by competent authorities.
- Apply sanctions according to agreements.
2. FPT obligations:
- Ensure confidentiality of private and personal information; inform Customers about rights, responsibilities, and risks when storing and sharing information online.
- Ensure Customer consent when personal data is shared with third parties as required by law.
- Receive and resolve complaints according to the published complaint process.
X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- In case of force majeure events (including power outages, hardware/software failures, Internet incidents, or natural disasters), Customers accept associated risks and damages. FPT will make reasonable efforts to reduce losses, and no party bears liability for force majeure events.
XI. DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless FPT, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, actions, or proceedings and any damages, liabilities, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from Customer violations of these General Policies and Terms.
XII. GENERAL TERMS
- FPT’s failure to exercise any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- The provisions herein are independent. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted to be valid; if not possible, it will be removed and remaining provisions remain in effect.
- These General Policies and Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will be resolved in good faith negotiation; if unresolved, either party may bring the dispute to a competent court.
- This General Policies and Terms was last updated on 15/01/2026.
- These General Policies and Terms are binding upon Customers from the time they agree during account registration.
